1. Commitment
Trading View DLC is committed to providing website content and general business-education services in a manner that is usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice involving design, content, code, documents, communication, and program delivery.
The company aims to provide equal opportunity to learn about programs, submit an inquiry, review policies, access materials, and participate in confirmed educational services. No person should be excluded from a service solely because of a disability when a reasonable and effective adjustment can be provided.
2. Accessibility target
For public web content under Trading View DLC’s control, the company aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as a practical accessibility target. This statement does not claim that every page, file, browser combination, third-party component, or historical item has been formally certified as fully conformant.
Accessibility standards and technology evolve. The company prioritizes core tasks and responds to reported barriers while improving the site and materials over time.
3. Website measures
Accessibility measures may include semantic headings; meaningful page titles; keyboard-operable navigation and controls; visible keyboard focus; text alternatives for meaningful images; sufficient color contrast; responsive layouts; labels and instructions for form fields; error identification; reduced-motion support where appropriate; descriptive button text; and avoidance of content that depends only on color.
Interactive elements are intended to have an understandable name, role, and state. Modal dialogs should support keyboard use and a clear close control. Form submission controls should explain required information and provide visible confirmation or error feedback.
4. Documents and learning materials
Reasonable efforts are made to structure digital learning materials with readable typography, logical headings, clear instructions, and sufficient contrast. Depending on the file and request, an alternative may include a tagged document, accessible text version, larger print, simplified layout, or another format that communicates substantially equivalent information.
Complex worksheets, visual comparison tools, and third-party formats may require advance preparation for an effective alternative. Participants are encouraged to request an adjustment as early as possible and describe the access barrier or functional need rather than providing unnecessary medical details.
5. Live remote programs
Possible adjustments for live remote learning may include advance copies of materials, captioning supported by the selected platform, keyboard-accessible files, additional time to review an exercise, verbal description of essential visual content, or an alternative method for submitting responses. The appropriate adjustment depends on the program, technology, timing, and participant’s needs.
A request will be evaluated individually. An adjustment is not required when it would fundamentally alter the educational service or create an undue burden, but the company will consider a reasonable alternative where possible and applicable.
6. Compatibility
The website is intended to work with current versions of commonly used browsers, operating systems, keyboard navigation, zoom, and major assistive technologies. Older, unsupported, highly customized, or unusual configurations may behave differently. Users should keep browser and assistive software reasonably current when possible.
7. Third-party content and platforms
Some functions may depend on Shopify, payment processors, video-meeting providers, document viewers, or other third-party technologies. Trading View DLC does not control every aspect of an independent provider’s accessibility. When a third-party barrier materially prevents use of a purchased service, the company will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative method within its control.
8. Known and potential limitations
Potential limitations may include automatically generated platform elements, documents created before an accessibility review, caption quality in live automated systems, images supplied by third parties, or a newly installed application that has not completed evaluation. A limitation may also be temporary while a correction or alternative is being prepared.
Reporting a specific page, device, assistive technology, action attempted, and observed barrier helps the company investigate efficiently.
9. Feedback and accommodation requests
A person may report a website barrier or request an accommodation for a program or material. The request should identify the affected page, file, program, or task; describe the barrier; state the preferred method of contact; and, if helpful, describe an effective alternative. Medical records are not requested through a general accessibility inquiry.
10. Response process
Trading View DLC aims to acknowledge an accessibility inquiry within five business days. Resolution timing depends on complexity, provider involvement, and the requested format. An urgent request tied to a scheduled program should include the program date. The company may ask limited follow-up questions necessary to understand and address the barrier.
If an initial response does not resolve the issue, the person may request a further review and explain why the proposed solution is not effective.
11. Ongoing review
Accessibility may be reviewed through content checks, keyboard testing, contrast review, responsive testing, feedback, and updates to templates and documents. No single automated test can identify every barrier, so manual review and user feedback remain important.
12. No retaliation
Trading View DLC will not retaliate against a person for making a good-faith accessibility request or reporting a barrier. Information provided for an accommodation is handled only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and fulfill the request, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
