Educational Services Disclaimer

1. General educational purpose

Trading View DLC provides general educational services focused on business analysis fundamentals, commercial planning, structured decision-making, practical business skills, case-based exercises, and instructional materials. Programs are designed to help participants practice organizing information, defining criteria, comparing options, setting priorities, preparing summaries, and planning next steps.

Content is educational and general. It is not prepared after a professional examination of a participant’s complete circumstances and should not be treated as a direction to take a particular real-world action.

2. Non-certified and non-accredited programs

Programs and workshops are non-certified and are not accredited academic courses. Completion does not award a diploma, degree, state license, regulated credential, professional designation, continuing-education credit, or guaranteed qualification for a particular role. Any completion acknowledgment, if offered, confirms participation only and does not certify professional competency.

Participants and employers are responsible for determining whether a program meets an internal development goal or an external education requirement.

3. No investment or trading education

Trading View DLC does not provide investment education, investment recommendations, securities or commodities trading instruction, portfolio strategy, market signals, brokerage services, dealer services, financial advisory services, cryptocurrency services, custody, exchange services, or management of client funds.

No instructor, worksheet, case, website statement, email, image, or program title should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, or value a security, commodity, derivative, currency, cryptocurrency, token, or other financial instrument. The company does not monitor markets, execute orders, access brokerage accounts, accept trading authority, hold private keys, or receive money for investment.

4. Independent brand and no platform affiliation

Trading View DLC is an independent business-education provider. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized to act for TradingView or any third-party charting platform, trading platform, brokerage, exchange, financial institution, or cryptocurrency provider. Similarity between words used in a brand name and a third-party name does not create a relationship.

5. No legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice

Educational content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, audit, insurance, credit, financial-planning, investment, employment, regulatory, or compliance advice. It does not replace advice from a qualified professional who has reviewed the relevant facts and duties.

Participants should consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional before making a decision that has legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, safety, or other specialized consequences.

6. No individualized consulting relationship

Submitting a form, asking a question, attending a program, discussing a case, or receiving learning materials does not create a consultant-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, adviser-client, broker-customer, or similar professional relationship. An instructor’s response is limited to the educational context and may not account for facts not presented.

7. Cases, worksheets, and examples

Case studies may be fictional, composite, simplified, anonymized, or adapted for teaching. Facts may be intentionally limited so participants can practice identifying missing information and explaining assumptions. An educational example is not a prediction, benchmark, valuation, audit, or recommendation.

Names, organizations, figures, timelines, and situations used in a hypothetical case do not necessarily describe a real person or company. Any resemblance may be coincidental unless the material expressly identifies a public source.

8. Information accuracy and currency

Reasonable efforts are made to prepare clear and useful materials. Business practices, technology, terminology, laws, and market conditions can change, and errors can occur. Trading View DLC does not guarantee that every educational statement will remain complete or current for every industry, location, or use.

Participants should independently verify information that will be used for an actual decision and should not rely on a classroom exercise as the sole factual basis for business action.

9. Participant responsibility

Each participant remains responsible for personal judgment, workplace conduct, legal compliance, protection of confidential information, and any decision made after a program. A participant should adapt a general framework only after considering the participant’s role, authority, resources, risks, stakeholders, and applicable rules.

Participants should use hypothetical or properly anonymized information in exercises and must not disclose employer trade secrets, client records, protected personal information, payment credentials, brokerage information, or other restricted material.

10. No guarantee of results

Participation does not guarantee increased revenue, lower costs, improved performance, promotion, employment, business growth, project success, decision accuracy, or any other outcome. Learning results depend on prior experience, preparation, attendance, engagement, continued practice, workplace conditions, and independent choices.

Descriptions of intended skills explain educational objectives, not promised outcomes. The company cannot control how a participant interprets or applies material after delivery.

11. Testimonials and participant statements

Testimonials describe individual experiences and opinions. They are not a guarantee that another participant will have the same experience or result. A person’s role or industry may affect relevance, and edited presentation for length or clarity should not change the substance of an authorized statement.

12. Third-party content and tools

A program may refer to commonly used software, publications, frameworks, or external services for educational context. Reference does not imply endorsement, affiliation, warranty, or responsibility for the third party. Participants are responsible for reviewing third-party terms, privacy practices, pricing, and suitability before use.

13. Technology and accessibility limitations

Remote learning depends on devices, Internet access, meeting platforms, and files that may behave differently across systems. Reasonable efforts are made to provide workable formats and respond to accessibility requests, but no technology is guaranteed to function without interruption on every device or configuration.

14. Appropriate use

Materials are intended for lawful education and ordinary workplace skill development. They must not be used to facilitate fraud, manipulation, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized surveillance, market abuse, deceptive financial promotion, or another illegal activity. Trading View DLC may decline or end participation when the requested use conflicts with these boundaries.

15. Reliance and assumption of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of educational content and subsequent business decisions are at the participant’s own responsibility. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The Terms of Service contain additional warranty and liability provisions applicable to purchases and participation.

16. Updates

This Disclaimer may be updated to clarify services, delivery, technology, or legal boundaries. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. The version in effect when a paid service is confirmed applies together with the controlling transaction documents, subject to mandatory law.
