1. Scope
This Payment Policy explains how Trading View DLC handles prices, authorizations, invoices, payment timing, taxes, declined transactions, credits, refunds, and payment disputes for educational programs, workshops, and learning materials.
The company charges only for educational services and materials. It does not accept deposits for investment, trading, brokerage, cryptocurrency, custody, or management of client funds.
2. Prices and currency
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars. The price displayed in an accepted checkout, invoice, registration confirmation, or written proposal is the applicable price for that transaction. General website prices may change prospectively and do not alter a previously confirmed paid order.
Custom team delivery, additional sessions, specialized material development, printing, shipping where separately agreed, travel, expedited scheduling, or work outside a standard program may require a separate written quote.
3. When payment is due
Standard individual programs and digital materials generally require full payment before access, delivery, or reservation is confirmed. A workshop seat is not guaranteed while payment remains incomplete.
For an approved organization or custom engagement, an invoice or proposal may provide a deposit, milestone, or net-payment schedule. The stated schedule controls. Unless the document states otherwise, an invoice is due on receipt and must be paid before the first scheduled delivery.
4. Accepted payment methods
Available methods are those presented during checkout or identified on an invoice. They may include major payment cards or another electronic method supported by the current payment provider. Availability varies by location, amount, risk review, and provider rules.
Cash, cryptocurrency, securities, investment assets, and access to financial accounts are not accepted. The company will never request a brokerage password, cryptocurrency wallet seed phrase, private key, or authority to move customer funds.
5. Payment authorization
By submitting a payment, the customer represents that the payment information is accurate, that the customer is authorized to use the method, and that the provider may charge the confirmed amount, taxes, and expressly accepted fees. A customer purchasing for an organization represents that the organization has authorized the purchase.
A payment provider may perform authorization, fraud screening, address verification, or other checks. An authorization hold is controlled by the issuer and may remain temporarily even if a transaction is declined or cancelled.
6. Payment processing and card information
Payment transactions may be processed by an independent payment service. Trading View DLC generally receives transaction status, limited billing details, a payment token, and records needed for accounting and support rather than the complete card number. The processor’s terms and privacy practices apply to information submitted directly to it.
Customers must not place full card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, or passwords in an ordinary contact or program-inquiry form.
7. Invoices and purchase orders
An invoice identifies the customer, service or materials, amount, currency, due date, and any applicable schedule. A purchase-order requirement must be disclosed and accepted before delivery; issuing an internal purchase order after confirmation does not replace the agreed payment obligation.
Questions about an invoice should be raised promptly and before the due date. A good-faith question concerning one item does not suspend payment of an undisputed amount.
8. Taxes
Prices may exclude sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for taxes lawfully associated with the purchase, excluding taxes based on the company’s net income. If a valid exemption applies, documentation must be provided before the charge or within the period permitted by law.
9. Declined, reversed, or overdue payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not received when due, Trading View DLC may withhold materials, decline registration, suspend access, release a reserved seat, pause custom work, or postpone delivery after reasonable notice. The customer remains responsible for valid unpaid amounts and any reasonable collection cost allowed by law and disclosed in the applicable agreement.
The company may request a different payment method when a processor reports suspected fraud, unauthorized use, excessive risk, or a compliance restriction.
10. Installments and recurring charges
No installment plan or recurring subscription exists unless expressly stated in the checkout, invoice, or signed proposal. The company will not initiate an undisclosed recurring charge. When an approved installment schedule exists, each installment is due on the stated date and service access may depend on the account remaining current.
11. Discounts, credits, and promotional value
A discount applies only to the transaction for which it was issued and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. Credits, promotional codes, scholarships, and complimentary access are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law. An expiration date or eligible-program restriction will be stated when a credit is issued.
12. Cancellations and refunds
Payment does not create an unlimited cancellation right. Eligibility and calculation are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any controlling written proposal. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. A bank or processor may require additional time after the company initiates the refund.
Foreign-exchange differences, issuer charges, overdraft fees, and international transaction fees imposed by the customer’s providers are not controlled or reimbursed by Trading View DLC except where law requires.
13. Duplicate or incorrect charges
A customer who believes a duplicate or incorrect amount was charged should provide the transaction date, amount, program or product, and billing name. Sensitive card information should not be included. The company will review its records and, where an error is confirmed, correct the account or initiate an appropriate refund.
14. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Trading View DLC before submitting a chargeback. This allows investigation of access problems, duplicate charges, cancellations, and delivery records. A chargeback should not be used to avoid a valid policy or payment obligation.
When a dispute is filed, the company may provide the processor with relevant order confirmations, acceptance records, policy versions, access records, delivery evidence, attendance information, and communications. Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated payment abuse may result in refusal of future service, subject to applicable law.
15. Security and fraud prevention
Reasonable safeguards are used for payment-related business records. Transactions may be delayed, declined, or cancelled when necessary to verify authority, prevent fraud, comply with law, protect a customer, or satisfy processor requirements. Security review does not guarantee that unauthorized activity will be prevented.
16. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be revised for changes in payment methods, providers, law, or business operations. Changes apply prospectively from the posted revision date and do not retroactively change a completed transaction unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
