Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2025Last updated: September 22, 2026
ContentsIndividual live programsTeam workshopsDigital materialsRescheduling and substitutionsProvider cancellationsRefund processingHow to request

1. Policy scope

This Policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling requests, participant substitutions, credits, and refunds for programs, workshops, and educational materials sold by Trading View DLC. A confirmed written proposal may establish different terms for a custom engagement; if so, the accepted proposal controls for that engagement.

Time periods are measured from the scheduled start time in the time zone shown in the confirmation. A request is effective when it is received with enough information to identify the customer, transaction, and affected service.

2. Individual live programs and public workshops

Seven or more calendar days before the start

A customer who cancels at least seven full calendar days before the scheduled start may request a refund of the program fee or a credit for a future eligible program. Amounts attributable to materials already delivered or services already completed are not refundable.

Three to six calendar days before the start

A customer who cancels between three and six full calendar days before the scheduled start may choose either a credit equal to the unused program fee for one future eligible program or a refund of seventy-five percent of the unused program fee. The remaining amount covers reserved capacity and preparation.

Less than seventy-two hours before the start

A cancellation received less than seventy-two hours before the scheduled start is not eligible for a cash refund. At the company’s discretion, a credit of up to fifty percent of the unused program fee may be offered when the customer contacts the company before the session begins and space, preparation, and prior account history support a credit.

No-show

A participant who does not attend and does not provide notice before the scheduled start is not eligible for a refund or credit. Failure to join because of a participant’s calendar error, local Internet connection, device, workplace restriction, or failure to follow access instructions is treated as a no-show.

3. Multi-session programs

For a multi-session program, the first scheduled session is the program start for purposes of the initial cancellation period. After the program begins, completed sessions and delivered materials are non-refundable. If a participant withdraws for a documented emergency, Trading View DLC may evaluate a partial credit for the undelivered portion, but no credit is guaranteed unless required by law.

Missing one session does not cancel the remaining sessions and does not create a refund right. A recording, alternate session, or individual make-up session is provided only when included in the program description or separately agreed in writing.

4. Team and custom workshops

Custom team delivery may require planning, scheduling, adaptation, or material preparation before the delivery date. Unless an accepted proposal states otherwise, a customer cancellation fourteen or more calendar days before the first scheduled delivery is eligible for a refund of payments not yet earned, less documented custom-development work and non-cancellable third-party costs.

A cancellation received seven to thirteen calendar days before delivery is eligible for a refund of fifty percent of the unearned delivery fee after deducting completed custom work and non-cancellable costs. A cancellation received fewer than seven calendar days before delivery is not refundable because capacity and preparation have been committed.

Changing the group size does not automatically reduce the confirmed fee. Additional participants, sessions, or customization may require a revised price.

5. Digital and downloadable materials

Because digital materials can be accessed or copied immediately, a digital-material purchase is final once download, access, or delivery has occurred, except where the file is materially defective, the wrong product was delivered, duplicate payment occurred, or applicable law requires another remedy.

A customer reporting a technical defect should provide the order information and a description of the issue within seven calendar days after delivery. Trading View DLC may first replace, repair, or provide an accessible alternative to the affected file. A preference change after receiving a correctly described product is not a defect.

6. Rescheduling

An individual may request one transfer to another eligible date when the request is received at least three calendar days before the original start and capacity is available. The replacement date generally must occur within six months. A second transfer, a request after the deadline, or failure to attend the transferred date may result in loss of the credit.

Custom team rescheduling is subject to facilitator availability and any costs already incurred. A first request made at least fourteen days before delivery will generally be accommodated without a rescheduling fee, excluding unrecoverable costs. Later requests may require a reasonable rebooking fee or revised proposal.

7. Participant substitutions

A customer may generally substitute another eligible participant for a live program by providing accurate replacement information at least twenty-four hours before the start. A substitution is not permitted when it would violate program prerequisites, capacity, access licensing, law, or an organization-specific agreement.

8. Cancellation or change by Trading View DLC

If Trading View DLC cancels a paid service and does not provide a substantially equivalent replacement acceptable to the customer, the customer may choose a full refund of the cancelled service or a credit for a future eligible service. This is the customer’s primary remedy for provider cancellation, except where law requires otherwise.

The company may reschedule because of facilitator illness, severe weather, technology failure, insufficient enrollment, public emergency, or another circumstance affecting safe or reasonable delivery. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice. A minor schedule, sequence, or facilitator change that does not materially reduce the service is not treated as a cancellation.

9. Promotional, bundled, and discounted purchases

A refund for a bundle is calculated using the portion of the bundle not delivered, after allocating the stated or reasonable stand-alone value to completed services and delivered materials. Promotional codes, scholarships, and non-cash credits have no cash value and are not refunded beyond the amount actually paid.

10. Refund method and timing

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing is normally initiated within ten business days after approval, but a bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the credit. The company is not responsible for processing delays controlled by a financial institution.

Refunds are stated in U.S. dollars. Currency-conversion differences, bank fees, or international transaction charges imposed by a customer’s provider are not reimbursed unless required by law.

11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

A customer should contact Trading View DLC before initiating a chargeback so that a duplicate charge, access problem, or policy question can be investigated. Filing a chargeback does not expand refund rights. The company may provide the payment processor with the order, access, delivery, attendance, communication, and policy records reasonably necessary to respond.

12. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, cancellation right, or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a mandatory rule conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory rule controls only to the extent of the conflict.

13. Request information

A request should include the customer’s full name, email used for purchase, program or material name, scheduled date if applicable, transaction or invoice reference, requested resolution, and a brief explanation. Sensitive payment credentials should not be included.
