1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of tradingviewdlc.com and its public content, forms, navigation, and informational features. By using the website, a visitor acknowledges that these Terms apply. If a visitor does not agree, the visitor should discontinue use of the website.

Separate Terms of Service, payment terms, and cancellation terms apply when a person purchases, registers for, or participates in an educational program, workshop, or learning-material product. If a specific written agreement signed by Trading View DLC conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls only for the subject matter it addresses.

2. Eligibility and authority

The website is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. A person using the website for an organization represents that the person is authorized to act for that organization in relation to the inquiry or transaction. The website is not intended for children under 13.

3. Website purpose

5. Prohibited conduct

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading View DLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from website use or inability to use the website. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising solely from public website use will not exceed the amount the claimant paid to access the website during the six months before the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars if access was free, except where a different limit is required by law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Trading View DLC and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from the user’s unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized submission of protected information. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by the company’s own unlawful conduct.

14. Suspension and enforcement

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, company systems, intellectual property, or legal rights; investigate suspected misuse; or comply with law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of the provision.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, a proceeding concerning these Terms may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

16. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A user may not assign rights under these Terms without written consent. Trading View DLC may assign these Terms as part of a lawful business reorganization or transfer. Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.

17. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, services, law, or business practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented by a reasonable method. Use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
