1. General contact information

Trading View DLC responds to legitimate questions concerning its general business-education programs, workshops, learning materials, website, policies, transactions, accessibility, and privacy practices.

Email: programs@tradingviewdlc.com
Address: 1718 Capitol Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001
Phone: +1 307-677-9421

The contact information is displayed as plain text. The website does not require a visitor to open an email application, telephone dialer, or mapping service.

2. Program inquiries

A useful program inquiry should identify the program of interest, the skill the participant wants to develop, preferred format, approximate group size, requested timing, and any accessibility needs. An inquiry does not reserve a seat or confirm a custom engagement. Availability, scope, price, and schedule are confirmed separately.

The company provides non-certified general business education. Questions seeking individualized investment, trading, brokerage, financial-advisory, cryptocurrency, or fund-management services cannot be accepted because those services are not offered.

3. Existing registrations

A participant contacting the company about an existing registration should include the participant name, email used for registration, program title, scheduled date and time zone, and a concise description of the issue. Do not include a password, complete payment-card number, financial-account credential, or private key.

4. Billing and payment questions

For a billing question, include the customer name, transaction date, amount, program or material purchased, and invoice or transaction reference if available. The company may request limited verification before discussing an account.

Payment-card numbers and bank credentials should be entered only through an authorized payment interface. They should never be sent in a general message or ordinary website form.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests

A request should identify the affected program, scheduled start, customer, transaction reference, requested resolution, and reason. Timing matters. The Cancellation & Refund Policy determines whether a cash refund, future credit, transfer, substitution, or another remedy is available.

Leaving a voicemail or sending a general inquiry does not guarantee approval. The request is reviewed after it can be matched to the registration and relevant policy terms.

6. Privacy requests

A person requesting access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right should clearly identify the request as a privacy matter, describe the relevant interaction with Trading View DLC, and provide a reliable method for response. Identity or authority may need to be verified before personal information is disclosed or changed.

An authorized agent may be required to provide written authority, and the individual may be contacted directly to verify the request. The Privacy Policy contains additional information about rights, exceptions, and processing.

7. Accessibility requests

An accessibility inquiry should identify the page, file, program, or task involved; describe the barrier; state the preferred response method; and, when helpful, describe an effective alternative. A request connected to a scheduled program should include the program date and be submitted as early as possible.

Medical records are not required through a general inquiry. Trading View DLC may ask limited questions needed to understand the functional barrier and evaluate a reasonable adjustment.

8. Intellectual-property notices

A notice concerning potentially infringing content should identify the protected work, the material at issue, its location, the requesting party’s authority, contact information, and a good-faith explanation. Knowingly false notices may create legal consequences. The company may request additional information before taking action.

9. Complaints and service concerns

A service concern should identify what was purchased, what occurred, the relevant date, any earlier communication, and the requested resolution. Objective details allow a more efficient review. Trading View DLC may consult attendance, delivery, access, transaction, and communication records when evaluating the matter.

The company will attempt good-faith informal resolution before a legal dispute when appropriate. A complaint does not automatically suspend an undisputed payment obligation or override a published policy.

10. Response times

General inquiries are normally reviewed during ordinary business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The company aims to acknowledge a complete inquiry within five business days. A complex privacy, accessibility, billing, or legal matter may require additional time.

Sending repeated duplicate messages can slow review. If a response is time-sensitive, identify the relevant scheduled date in the opening line.

11. Communications and records

Communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, deliver services, maintain transaction records, improve operations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and comply with law. Contacting the company does not create a confidential professional relationship beyond the obligations that apply to ordinary business communications.

12. Requests that will not be accepted

Trading View DLC will not accept requests to recommend or execute trades; access a brokerage, bank, exchange, or cryptocurrency account; receive a seed phrase or private key; manage or hold client money; provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice; facilitate an unlawful activity; or process threats, harassment, spam, or malicious files.

Do not send emergency messages. Trading View DLC is not an emergency service and does not monitor communications continuously. A person facing an immediate safety emergency should contact the appropriate local emergency service.

13. Postal correspondence

Postal correspondence should include the sender’s name, return address, the subject of the request, and any non-sensitive reference information needed to identify the matter. Original identity documents, cash, payment cards, cryptocurrency devices, and irreplaceable records should not be mailed.

14. Updates to contact information

Contact information or response procedures may change. The current version of this page will display the operative information. A message sent to outdated information may be delayed or not received.
