1. Purpose and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Trading View DLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with tradingviewdlc.com, program inquiries, educational registrations, workshop participation, payments, learning-material orders, and related communications. It applies to information received online and through ordinary business interactions.

Trading View DLC provides general business education. The company does not provide investment education, securities or commodities trading instruction, brokerage services, financial advisory services, cryptocurrency services, or management of client funds. Visitors should not submit brokerage credentials, account numbers, private keys, investment records, or other financial-account information through any website form.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

Depending on the interaction, we may collect a name, email address, telephone number, company or professional role, billing contact information, selected program, preferred learning format, scheduling information, accessibility requests, inquiry text, registration details, and communications with the company. If an organization registers participants, it may provide limited business contact information for those participants.

Transaction information

We may receive records showing the program or materials purchased, amount charged, payment status, invoice number, refund status, and transaction date. Complete payment-card numbers are normally handled by the applicable payment processor and should not be sent through a general inquiry form.

Technical information

When a visitor uses the website, hosting, security, and analytics systems may automatically record an Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, approximate region, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and information about interaction with site features.

Program participation information

For live programs, we may maintain attendance, scheduling, submitted exercises, facilitator notes relevant to delivery, questions asked, accommodation requests, and completion status. Participants should avoid including confidential employer, client, or regulated personal information in exercises unless the company has specifically approved a secure method for doing so.

3. How information is used

Personal information may be used to respond to inquiries; determine whether a requested program is available; register participants; schedule and deliver educational services; provide course access and materials; process and document payments; issue invoices, credits, or refunds; maintain business records; provide service notices; respond to accessibility requests; improve program content; secure the website; detect misuse; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Contact information may also be used to provide information about a related program when permitted by law. Recipients may request that optional promotional communications stop. Transactional communications concerning a purchase, schedule, policy change, safety matter, or pending request may still be sent when necessary.

4. Legal and operational bases

Depending on the jurisdiction and context, information is processed because it is necessary to take steps requested before enrollment, perform an educational-services transaction, operate and secure the business, comply with legal obligations, protect participants and the company, or pursue a legitimate operational interest that is not overridden by applicable privacy rights. Where consent is required, consent may be withdrawn prospectively, subject to legal and contractual limitations.

5. Disclosure of information

Information may be disclosed to vendors that support website hosting, cybersecurity, form processing, communications, scheduling, video meetings, learning delivery, payment processing, accounting, document storage, and professional services. Vendors are expected to use information for the contracted purpose and subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal process; investigate fraud or misuse; protect rights, safety, and property; enforce policies; complete a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets; or act with the individual’s direction or consent.

Trading View DLC does not sell personal information for money. The company does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If future practices materially change, this Policy and any legally required choice mechanism will be updated before the change is applied.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies for security, session continuity, load balancing, and basic functionality. Preference or analytics technologies may be used to remember settings and understand aggregated website use. Cookie availability and duration depend on the Shopify theme, installed applications, consent configuration, and service providers active at the time of a visit.

Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but disabling necessary storage may affect site functions. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, those technologies should remain inactive until the required choice is made. Additional details appear in the Cookie Policy.

7. Retention

Information is retained only for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including delivery of services, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type. General inquiries may be deleted when no longer operationally useful; transaction and accounting records may be retained longer when required by law; and records involved in a complaint or dispute may be preserved until the matter and related limitation periods end.

8. Data security

Trading View DLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size of the operation. Measures may include access restrictions, account authentication, encrypted transmission where supported, vendor review, software updates, record minimization, and incident-response procedures. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, accounts, and login information.

9. Privacy choices and rights

Depending on residence and applicable law, an individual may have the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a portable copy, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied request. Some information may be exempt, and identity verification may be required. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority and direct verification from the individual.

Requests should identify the person, the nature of the request, the relevant interaction with Trading View DLC, and a reliable method for response. The company will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right. Global Privacy Control or similar browser signals will be handled where required and technically applicable to the processing in question.

10. Third-party services

Payment processors, video-meeting services, learning platforms, and other providers may collect information under their own terms and privacy notices. Trading View DLC is not responsible for independent practices controlled by those providers. Visitors should review the notices presented by a third-party service before providing information directly to it.

11. Children’s privacy

The website and programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Trading View DLC does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact the company using the details below.

12. International visitors

The company operates from the United States. Information submitted from another country may be processed and stored in the United States or another location used by a service provider, where privacy laws may differ. Where legally required, appropriate measures will be used for an international transfer.

13. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be revised to reflect operational, legal, technological, or service changes. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date of a revision is subject to the revised Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
